Edible Gløshaugen Tour, Trondheim – ENGLISH

We'll have a look at all the edible plants in the parks of Trondheim

This tour is for everyone who wants to learn more about the edible plants that can be found in Trondheims public parks and gardens.
You’ll learn that it’s not necessary at all to travel far if you want to pick yourself a nice lunch or dinner.
The tourguide will teach you how to safely identify the different edible plants and provide you with some ideas on how you could use them.
There is no need to have previous foraging knowledge, so this tour is suitable for all levels.

This tour will be held in ENGLISH! If you rather take it in Norwegian there is a second tour starting at 18.30.

We meet in front of the main building at Gløshaugen at 16.30. After that we’ll take a tour around Høyskoleparken before we return to the mainbuilding.
Please bring a knife or scissors, some plastic bags or boxes and some moist kitchen paper for taking home your catch.
